PP plastic materials, chemical name: polypropylene, features: low density, strength, stiffness, hardness, heat resistance are better than low-pressure polyethylene, can be used at about 100 degrees. Good electrical properties and high frequency insulation are not affected by humidity, but brittle, non-wear-resistant, and easy to age at low temperatures. Suitable for making general mechanical parts, corrosion-resistant parts and insulating parts.

Polypropylene has good heat resistance, and the product can be disinfected and sterilized at a temperature of 100° C. or higher, and is not deformed at 150° C. under the condition of no external force. The embrittlement temperature is -35°C, and embrittlement will occur below -35°C. Cold resistance is inferior to polyethylene. The melting temperature of polypropylene is about 40-50% higher than that of polyethylene, about 164-170°C, and 100% isotactic polypropylene melting point is 176°C. Therefore, it is no problem to install boiling water.
