Polypropylene woven bag processing method and process
Abstract: Woven bags are widely used and are mainly used for packaging of various articles. They are widely used in industry. This article briefly introduces the main processing method and technological process of polypropylene (PP) woven bags.
1. Introduction of Woven Bags and Processing Technology
Plastic woven bags are polypropylene (PP) as the main raw material, after extrusion, drawing, and then weaving, weaving, bag making. PP is a semi-transparent, semi-crystalline thermoplastic plastic with high strength, good insulation, low water absorption, high heat-to-shape temperature, low density, and high crystallinity. It is the main raw material for making woven bags. Modified fillers typically have glass fibers, mineral fillers, thermoplastic rubber, and the like.
Plastic woven bags are used in a wide range of applications. At present, plastic woven bags are mainly used for agricultural product packaging, cement bag packaging, food packaging, geotechnical engineering, tourism transportation, and flood control materials.
The woven bags mainly include plastic woven bags (non-laminated woven bags), composite plastic woven bags and various woven fabrics.
The production process of plastic woven bags is: woven fabrics are printed, cut, and sewn into woven bags. Depending on the equipment used, it can be cut before printing, or it can be cut after printing. Automatic cutting and sewing can be continuously completed printing, cutting, sewing and other processes, can also be made into a valve pocket, put the bottom bag, etc., for the flat woven fabric can be made after the seam adhesive bag.
